Our first Shiner!!

Chase has his first black eye! It's not bad, actually. He was playing baseball and got hit in the eye! I was so worried at first, but now I think it makes him looks tough!! Here's a picture of the damage!

This weekend was also my sister's Senior Prom!! I went over to my mom's to help her get ready. She looked stunning and it was a bit emotional! I know my dad would have been so proud to see how beautiful and grown up she is! Here is a picture of her with my handsome brother!

This weekend was ALSO Charlie Fekadu's birthday party! I can't wait to see all the pictures from it on Heather's blog!

This week I am on Spring Break!! It's going to be SO nice to have some relaxing time at home with Chase. Only until Thursday though, then we're off to the mountains with Heather, Catherine, and our families. We are going to fish and play and hike and have such a great time! I'm so excited!! After Spring Break I'll have just a few more weeks of Student Teaching left. I can't believe it's really all going to be over soon!

In job news, I was offered a position at an amazing school one county over from mine. It's for fourth grade and I can NOT wait to call them in the morning and accept it! Once everything is official I will post the details!! It's so exciting!!

Hope everyone has a great week! I'm sure I'll have tons of pictures from our cabin adventures posted soon!!!

Jack looks beautiful! It's so sweet that you guys were all there to see her off. I know she had a great time.
I hope to have pics up soon! I wish I had taken more. :( I don't think I have one of me and Charlie or him with Adam. Bad mommy! I got a little spazzed.
I am counting the hours until we load up the caravan and hit the road! It's long overdue. All the times we talked about out familes and kids growing up together...this is it, babe!
Love you.

He does look tough! :)

I always enjoy stopping by for the musings of Jess. I barely know you but yet I find myself getting weepy with smiles over your stories, your memories and your bright future.
